Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, of course! Every wedding is unique. If you need fewer hours or something different, get in touch and we’ll design the right fit for you.
    You can contact us anytime through our inquiry form or email - we’d love to hear about your plans.

  • Most couples book around a year ahead, especially for popular months. But every wedding is different - if your date is sooner, just reach out and we’ll see if we’re free!

  • Yes! To lock in your date, we ask for a retainer of 25 % of the total package which is deducted from full price. The rest is due closer to the wedding (often 2-4 weeks before). It’s non-refundable - that way we can plan everything just for you.

  • We like to deliver fast so you don’t have to wait forever to relive your day! Photos are ready within 2 weeks and films within 4 weeks. If you’ve booked a combined photo + video package, you’ll receive everything together - but don’t worry, in the meantime you’ll get a sneak-peek gallery and a shorter version of highlight video to enjoy right away.

  • We deliver everything through Vidflow, a beautiful online gallery where you can view, share and download your photos and films in full quality. It’s super easy to use, works on any device and you can even share the link with family and friends.

  • Yes, absolutely! Travel anywhere in Sweden is included in the package price. If your wedding requires an overnight stay or is outside Sweden, additional fees may apply - we’ll always discuss these with you upfront.

  • Yes, we absolutely do! We’re happy to work closely with your planner or venue team to make sure the day runs smoothly and all the important moments are captured.
